30 POUNDS!!!! Today, I'm 30 lbs. lighter than I was on May 22, 2013.. I am so freaking happy with my progress - and only hope to continue until I reach my interim goal of 200 lbs (18 more to go).

My wife did the sweetest thing today.. she walked downstairs to my weight bench and lugged out 30 lbs.. and handed it to me. It was really moving. When you think of losing a pound or two it doesn't hit you.. but you hold in your hands 30 lbs, and imagine walking around with that all day, every day.. and it is hard to imagine. I would encourage everyone who has lost weight, or who is trying to lose weight to carry a 25 lb plate for a few minutes..

Thank-you fatsecret and everyone here.. you may have saved my life.
