I arrived home last night after two days of driving. I think my snacks caught up with me, I'm hoping it's just water weight. I'm looking forward to hitting the gym next week. I need to get my sleeping pattern back on track this week. I plan on staying with my shakes and juices with the hope of undoing some of the weight gain I've experience these last two days.
