Got up early to hit the hotel gym again. This is not easy when I’m on vacation. But I really want to get this extra weight off. I am serious! I’ll weigh myself when I get home on Wednesday. I have to exercise before my husband wakes up because once he is up, he wants to go eat with me. I also went in the indoor pool last night and did some splashing around and water aerobics (I’m not a very good swimmer).

gug you just never fail to amaze me. On vacation and getting up early to go exercise. I know, I usually have to get on the treadmill before my hubby is up too, only because then we seem to get busy doing stuff together. That pool exercise can really sneak up on you, I had no idea that I could ache from swimming. I was swimming laps with Imluuvd in Mexico and my arms were sore. You're so motivated and on track, Im sure you will meet your goal.
