The Indian in me decided to surface dramatically today and I splurged my calories on all that glorious curry. Had dosai and dhall curry for breakfast and full blown rice and curry meal with papadam, indian style vegetables and deep fried fish, washed down with a cup of sweetened brewed coffee. They were good while they lasted, and absolutely satisfying, but the after-effect guilt trip has set. The worst part about having Indian food (eating out) is that you have no idea what they put in there, and that leaves you with no room for calorie counting. Oh well, this has gotta be my cheat day. Tomorrow's another day, and another chance to get it right.
