Realizations come just when you need them. Today I decided I need to log what I did for the day, not just what I ate! It's hard to go back over what you've done to be successful in the past and not know what you had done to get there!

My success for the day is the realization that I need to eat real food and eat less snacks. I like the ease of shakes, but by greatest successes have come from real food that keeps we full with no need for even healthy snacks.

That is a great realization, and an important one too! Real food will definitely keep you full longer and is much more satisfying :)
