Still weighing 156.....however, in between my weigh ins I have (not with pride) reached 161!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I'm forgiving myself because I have got it back down again. Also not so proud that I can't keep a downward sprial going.....what the heck is stopping me?? One day I am so focused and the next, all focus out the window. I suppose I don't want it badly enough. Having weight 173 at my highest (not reflected on fat secret) I am too complacent at 156. Need a boot in the arse I suppose!
