OOOOk... THAT was short-lived.
Had a "poor me" day today and sampled just about everything in the snack machine. <GAG> All that sugar....
I suppose there is a bright side... it wasn't all THAT long ago when I could eat like that and not feel bad. In fact, it wasn't that long ago when I'd choose to eat like that in order to feel good. SO! The fact that I made myself sick on a few pastries is a good thing.
Yes! It wasn't a bad thing at all. And since I'm feeling so bloated and miserable, I'll be skipping dinner - thank you very much. I'll start off fresh tomorrow all will be right in 'new me' world.
