I made it through this fast day. Tomorrow is one of my most challenging days. I've decided that instead of blindly eating everything in site on my up days I'm going to plan what I eat a day ahead of time. I feel this will give me more insight into what I'm doing, it will give me more control, and help me to anticipate all of the good things I get to eat on my up days.
