Everything was planned except the Golden Grahams. I should have waited until my next upday to eat them. The first two bowls were good the last not so much. I didn't even finish it. Why do we not seem to remember how bad the end result of a binge feels until it's done. No regrets. Life goes on. Tomorrow recuperation day.
