Thanks Paige and Sara - I'm hoping for some lose this week. :)
I have a question for you both. I drink about 75oz of water per day and am careful of salt or high sodium items (I could be more careful though :)). My DR. has advised against using any type of water pill and I have chosen to follow that advise. I've heard of adding lemon to water to help with water retention but wandered if you had any suggestions.
