Okay, I've done it for the first time in a couple months--I have my meals for the day planned and recorded. Now if I can only avoid the doritos and hershey's bars in my pantry, I will stay below 1500 cal for the day. That would be awesome!!

Mom, Dad, and I have decided to try Plexus. We placed the order last night, and we will just try it a month at a time. We're hoping to not only see results on the scales, but in our lab numbers too. Can't wait to see what happens! I really like that it is a drink mix, not a meal replacement. I add Crystal Light to my water anyway, so, this way, I'm just adding a different flavor once a day.

Sorry I haven't been on here faithfully. Been busy, busy! Gonna try to get back in the habit!!
