So I got my workout in yesterday evening, and then ate junk last night. I have to stop doing that. My evening snacking is terrible and I know I don't even need it, I just want it. Today I'll try to do better.

I'm going to get my workout in after work. I was going to try to get up this morning, but I was up during a thunderstorm last night and so tired I took the extra hour of sleep this morning instead. Tomorrow I really need to try to get myself on track to try and start leaving at the time I'll need to take the kids to school. When school starts I think it will be harder on me than my kids.

It's gloomy here right now and so is my attitude, so I'm going to try to change that today. I'm in control of my life and I can make positive changes. Here I go........

I lost my mind last night too. Had a mixed drink, and ate about 5 packets of cookies/crackers (4 to a pack). And of course in front of the tv. (idiot). The only positive thing I did when I got home (at a decent hour) was wash my car. Which it needed it so badly I couldn't see out of the back glass yesterday on the way to work. Attitude gloomy here too. Not sure if it was due to weird seeing my Daddy's picture on a board at a family reunion...and I guess I just wasn't prepared to get additional sympathies from extended family. Then my husband is on a week long trip to TX. And I've been melancholy and eating dangerously. I sat out on my porch last night for about 15 minutes, not moving. Just being. We'll get past this too.

Hang in there guys, everyone goes through temporary snack episodes. Think of it like the tv and change the channel. If the tv prompts the snacking, do something else before bed.

Don't beat yourself up. You're entitled to indulge just as long as keep the exercise routine up. You can't not expect to have fun and eat a few things every now and then :-)
