I've given up on the ABC diet. It's too random, my stomach doesn't like it. I find I'm the most comfortable when I eat portions a cup or smaller, and when I eat less than 500 calories. So, that's what I hope to do. So far, so good. Ate under 500, felt satisfied, didn't purge. Hooray!
