This week I can not report a loss. AGAIN!! Earlier in the week I could have. My back sliding ways have caught up with me. :(
155.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

In your previous post, you mentioned that when you ate the pizza you ate it fast...well, WW has a list of "routines" that you practice until they become habit. One of them really helped me...two of them, actually. lol ONe is to take a sip of water between every bite of food. It will help you fill your stomach with something that won't derail your WW journey. The other is a really good one...between each bite, put your fork down. In the case of pizza, take a bit, and put the wedge down until you've fully chewed and swallowed that bad boy. Then take a small sip of water. THEN pick up the pizza and take another bite. And repeat. It stops that fast intake of food, and you're stomach has time to let you know when it's full, so you don't overeat. :) Try it, it seriously helped me.

YES! Those are GOOD tips!!! I did practice this tonight at dinner...had roast with potatoes and carrots. Seemed I did a lot better. Thank you!! Today I stopped in Bed Bath and Beyond and checked out the Yonana!! Haven't got it yet. Seems like a handy little machine!!!
