Did good M-R and lost a couple pounds. Then supper Thur night, football Game Fri Night, Sat play then supper, Sun just bad... so gain back everything lost during the week PLUS 2 pounds. Exercise is good and according to Diet Calendar I should NOT be gaining. I need consistency and will power. Really concern since Thanksgiving weekend coming up. How will turn it around this week? Oh boy. Will be tough.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Planning ahead is your best friend. Figuring out how to overcome all the interruptions is key. You can do it!!!

Take a little rest and then turn up the will power just a bit. A small modification can make all the difference. I hope you are well M.
