Military Diet - DONE!
Overall I lost 2.5 lbs in 3 days. So I'm pretty happy with the results. I was not hungry with the exception of the afternoon of day 2 but with extra water, I made it through.
Today is my birthday so I am planning on pizza and chocolate cake for dinner!! And then back to the healthy stuff tomorrow.

Happy birthday, miss! Go all out and get the best, most loaded, pizza pie to celebrate your day!! I've never heard of the "military diet" despite being in the us military lol. I'll have to check it out. Although, I'm seriously contemplating doing my whiskey and wings diet this weekend :)

good results for you...go party..enjoy...but get ready for the hard job of going back to eating healthier...its about a way of life...not diet...it's about makeover...not just splashing a few earrings on...keep your goals in mind!!!

I had a wonderful birthday! The pizza and the cake were delicious but I felt so sluggish afterward. My body is not used to that many calories in a few short hours. Exercise and healthy eating are on today's plan. Vacation is coming up in 3 weeks!

Hi UK cats, You are right...not good to load up after you've cleaned out..BUT I bet it was sooo yummy!! Have GREAT weekend and keep us posted...It helps all of us as we are doing this together. It helps me to see others progress and ups and downs..cause it is normal. SO take care...Demetra

I have been seeing your amazing progress..good for you...I am very happy to see 141.2 on my scales today!!!! I have taken this seriously and my new way of living and THINKING. Thanks and congrats on the 141!! I'll get there eventually. I was at a plateau it seems like forever, then something clicked and now I'm loosing consistently again. I started taking Fiber Advance Gummies for weight management so maybe that's the difference. Thank yo for the encouragement - Have a great day!!
