Well, illness plus not watching it for over two weeks and I really thought when I stepped on the scale that I would faint. It really was not that bad. Makes me re motivated. Time to really concentrate, want to be under the number in 2 weeks!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
