INSANITY! What have I done? This is out of control. I have the knowledge. Its like I'm an alcoholic to crap food. I'm always giving myself "reasons" to have just a few or a couple more just this time. I can't really imagine or understand myself. Especially when I would look at my parents as a kid and think why did they let themselves go ( & , I'll never be like them.). Yet, here I am. I want out. Quickly, easily. Today, I understand why some choose surgery. I don't like me. As a leader of example to my children... F in the subject of self care. It's depressing too. I want to go back to bed and ignore the day. I should've seen the scale creep; my XXL's are getting tight & short. I'm sad. Maybe today I'll stay on the right path. But I feel more like screw it than fix it. Agggh

I totally understand how you feel. I'm pretty sure I'm a food addict. I worked with a nutritionist once who said that additives are added to junk food that make it addictive. I do worry about the example I set for my children, too. Right now they're all athletic and fit, but one day their metabolisms will slow down too, and I want them to make better choices than I do. All we can do it take it one meal at a time. Mess up at breakfast? Do better at lunch. Hang in there. I really do understand.
