I don't know what got into me eating sooooo off today. I ate a doughnut which I haven't had in a long while and a scoop of froze yogurt. Both are not the best choices for me because I have an intolerance to wheat and dairy. I'm making sure I drink plenty of water and will do an extra hour of cardio tonight to hopefully burn some of the calories. I could have eaten something more enjoyable and less harmful to my goals like a large, seasonal, watermelon and berries bowl. Yummy! Moving on to better choices.
