Just came back from a weeks vacation and didn't gain any weight!!
119.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you -- that is such an accomplishment & an inspiration as I start a 2-week stay & vacation.

The weather was great so we were outside a lot. We were vacationing with my brother and sisters, my parents and all the kids and grandkids so there was a lot going on. I went swimming everyday except for Friday (it was cloudy and cool) so I think that helped a lot. I was very conscious of what I ate because I didn't want to come home with 5 pounds to loose and I continued to do the 30 day squat challenge while I was away. That kept me thinking about being healthy. Have fun on your 2 week vacation!
