Today is the eve of my second weigh in so I am sending peace to my mind and body as I expect excellent result on the scale.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 June 2013:
6110 kcal Fat: 252.05g | Prot: 293.89g | Carb: 668.33g.   Breakfast: Now Foods Organic Spirulina Powder, Chocolate Milk (Whole), Margarine, Hard-Boiled Egg, White Bread. Lunch: Lettuce, Chicken Drumstick Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Stewed, Cooked), Now Foods Organic Spirulina Powder, Corn On The Cob with Butter, Cooked Carrots, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Dinner: Chocolate Milk (Whole), Garlic Bread, Bistro MD Jerk Chicken, Cheese Pizza. Snacks/Other: Deli Sliced Ham, Margarine, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls. more...

Alliecat777, I am feeling excited! I just recorded my weight and indeed it's now 123lbs! Thanks a million for your wish, it motivated me to keep expecting the scale to read 123lbs. I basically gained 5lbs. My goal is 127lbs. I remember when I was 113lbs a month ago, but now I am 123lbs and counting...
