Sort of pissed to have stayed the same at 230.1 despite a measly 600 calorie day and 331 calorie workout. It's my one year anniversary on FatSecret and I've lost 95 lbs. Not too shabby. And I think I'll hit the 220s by the morning weigh in.
230.1 lb Lost so far: 94.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sometimes this statement doesn't even make sense but here you go: You may not be eating enough. From the weight loss you have already had, you are doing great!

Hi, sorry, I thought your anniversary was tomorrow, I've been a day off all day. Happy Anniversary. Sorry you are pissed at being 230 but at least you aren't 325!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have done an awesome job and you know tomorrow, when it isn't your anniversary, your weight will shift. Perhaps you are holding water, perhaps you need to do 'other things', but whatever, you know it will drop when you aren't looking :) Seriously, congrats man, you have done fab - u - lous job!!!

Thanks, SarahsMum! Tried to address the 'other things' today and that's part of it! I'm pretty happy overall. Of course, all the folks at work are commenting profusely and I've sent them all up here! | Thanks, Jassifras! Appreciate the support! | SHardy, you are probably right! I usually eat 1500-1600 per day with two 600 calorie fast days per week, but I ate over my goal for six straight days during a visit by my sister so I needed six straight days of low cal to get back on my target calorie goal. I'm there now, so I will enjoy a bit this weekend. THANKS to all for the kind words. Bill
