I am trying to lose my weight slowly so maybe the weight will stay off this time. I keep telling myself, it will be worth it in the end.
223.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1266 kcal Fat: 39.93g | Prot: 67.84g | Carb: 169.68g.   Breakfast: Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Wonderful Roasted & Salted Pistachios in Shells. Lunch: ShopRite Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Perdue Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Yam. Dinner: Kroger Smoked Pulled Pork, Flavorite Hamburger Bun, Kraft American Cheese Slice, Bush's Best Chick Peas (Garbanzos), Zatarain's New Orleans Style Yellow Rice. Snacks/Other: Albertsons Peeled Mini Carrots, Brownies. more...
