Staring my first day of 500 calories on the 5:2 WOE. So far, so good. I don't eat much at work anyway because I stay busy. Trying to do the 500 days on school days. That way, I am busy at work and then at class all evening. Less time to be hungry or think about food. This is supposed to help with concentration too and with finals next week, I need all the help I can get.
