Yeah, I would be too. All you can do is keep trying. Hope you have a loss very soon.

Are you adding bonus points for all the exercise that you're doing? If not then you might not be eating enough calories per day and your body is trying to hold on to what it's got, if that makes sense. Remember though that muscle weighs heavier than fat... so with all that exercise you will be toning, so that could be a reason too. Keep at it though, as I'm sure that it will pay off eventually. Good luck!! :o)

Not only does muscle weigh more than fat it also retains more water. So, if you're not drinking enough water before, during and after exercising you're body will store what water you already have in you. Good luck!

These are the pitfalls i fell into which made me plateau even though there seemed to be no good reason for me not to be losing weight (this is when i was losing in 2003 -- like you i put it all back on and here i am again at square 1!! LOL!) Are you exercising and eating the equivalent of your earned activity pts in addition to your daily points? that'll plateau you. Also, i think there is a tendency to plateau every 10 lbs or so. You need to be really good on your measuring and journaling -guesstimating is fatal. If none of these apply then maybe you can talk to your Dr. or team leader because with the amount of excerise you are doing, you should be seeing some results. Good luck!

If you are doing all that exercise and your body is not used to it, you most likely have a build up of lactic acid in your mucscles. Your muscles get little tears and retains water to help them repair. It is temporary. Make sure you are drinking water and you might think of using some extra points. You have to fuel your body. Another great indicator of weight loss is how your clothes are fitting. You might stay the same on the scale but go down in sizes. I had a friend who exercised like crazy. She didn't lose a pound in 6 months, but went down 4 sizes. Just think of the how lean and toned you will be when you get to goal. Good luck!

Thanks guys for all your help!! there is definitely something not right so i'm checking into all the reasons that have popped up here.. i don't add extra points for the excercise, that is why i thought i'd lose more than what i have..maybe i should of added!! i'll keep plodding along.. thanks again..
