Well there you go!!! the scales have gone up... I can't believe it!! oh well, maybe weight watchers is not for me!! I have even started to cut out carbs such as bread, potato, and dry biscuits!! i'll give it another couple of weeks and then i'll see what my plan will be.. i still am feeling really good though..
222.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

don't get discouraged. it generally happens that way. You have a pretty good loss then you either stay the same or even gain. You'll kick it back probably this next week with a whopper of a loss! Good luck to you.

Hi Moet! Please don't be discouraged. I had a doctor who was helping me with my weight loss and he had a great sense of humor. He used to joke that any fluctuation of less that 4 pounds could be water or a good poo! I hate to be gross, but it used to make me laugh because he was usally right! It was usually a sign that I needed a little more fiber or a little more water. Within a couple of days things were better. Just make sure that you are being honest with yourself on keeping track of your points. The weight you've lost is nothing to sneeze at!

You have been doing great! Refocus ... dig out an old journal that you had a successful week, follow it and see if you have a loss next week. Hang in there!
