I'm not making much progress toward my goal weight. At least I've been able to get out for some runs. I try to tell myself that even when I was at my goal weight, I could run as far as I can run today. Now if I could just do both!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
