All the veggies today. And, apparently, all the exercise yesterday and today. I love swimming, and somehow doing laps isn't yet drudgery. Food is hard, but I made a good grocery trip, and that's helped.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
