I have made a commitment to start over completely. I have not been on this site in a while, and I am kind of ashamed of it. I need to really make a commitment lose this weight. I AM UNHEALTHY!!! And admitting that to myself scares me. I am getting a few journal entries from other people in my email and it is very encouraging to hear how people are still working hard amid a few slip-ups here and there. I am hoping this will encourage me to get healthy. I also found a way to get to my OA meetings without having to jump two buses. This mode of transportation will drop me right off at the front door. HURRAY!!! I am excited to use it and start going once again. This is a BIG plus for me. Well, here's to recovery, people. Keep going strong!!
