Yikes, I haven't recorded food for a few days, and I was running around so much today I had to eat out twice. Even though I mostly tried to make healthy choices I totally blew it! I guess I should have just gotten a side salad at Wendy's instead of the cobb salad. I don't know what I was thinking eating something with bacon and blue cheese on it. I guess just skipping the bacon would have helped. I didn't even use any dressing and it was still a ton of calories. Ugh. I hope I didn't effect my weight loss with this crap. Next time I'm sticking with Chick Fil A's salad... much lower calorie and it felt much healthier to eat, even though it felt like I was splurging with the honey roasted sunflower seeds. Oh well. Live and learn. I guess eating 1141 calories isn't a LOT in spite of how I feel.

Yep, you live and learn that is what weight loss is all about. And 1141 kcals ISN'T very much, so don't beat yourself up about it!
