Workout- Legs & Back --used not so stretchy blue bands, guaranteed to feel that today. Started off and tv remote batteries dead--and of course we have no AAA in house. Hopped on and knocked out 20 min on elliptical first. Made it harder for myself especially after I weighed. Probably should measure instead. Afterwards remembered I could still do P90x as I have the workout sheets and when I couldn't recall a move, remembered I have the book which tells you what to do! Yeah! So skipped the warm-up (I was already hot) and knocked out workout and ARX. Weird thing -- I got chills twice--one in closed grip overhead pullups (modified w/ bands) and again during switch grip pull ups modified with bands. What is up with that????
