Friday - POURING RAIN outside....we have a new river/cascades water feature in our yard. Elliptical - did 20 minutes (found out I have 5 more minutes to knock out when I get home) - UNDER THE weight loss tab.
Did Fire 30 -- pouring sweat by the 2nd half. Then did the elliptical afterwards....I definitely was stretched out! Hopped in luke-warm shower and grabbed portable breakfast as I blitzed out the door.

God was certainly watching out for me today on Interstate. Got ready to pass someone, looked back and didn't see anything, started to merge and THEN a white car with no headlights on is passing. EEEK!!!! Did I mention it was pouring down rain...and it's a state law to turn on your lights when it is raining???? Whew...anyway, I was thankful for the save!

Think I may have either had heartburn last night -- tightened muscles above sternum last night - after I had had 2 Benadryl. Then took 2 tums and sat back down on sofa. It kind of chilled out. Now thinking it might be related to kickboxing exercises....just feels a little tight. Not bad, but like I've done some kind of exercise and pushed a little too hard. Weird.

Being 29 is hard. ;)

You've been working hard, so you may have some tight muscles. I hope that feeling goes away and doesn't come back. Keep up the awesome work getting your exercise in!!
