PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN SHAKES??
Ok I don't know about all of you but I absolutely LOVE pumpkin flavored drinks that come out in the fall at coffee shops and the like. I also hate them because of how horrible they are for you. I stumbled across this awesome recipe from my coach and would like to share it with you!
If any of you are on Shakeology, this recipe is a MUST TRY! In additon to tasting amazing, the added pumpking has great health benefits! Pumpkin Pie Shakeology -1 scoop chocolate Shakeology -1 cup of rice, almond, soy, or low-fat milk (vanilla or plain) -1/2 cup canned pumpkin, unsweetened -1/2 tsp. cinnamon -1/2 tsp. nutmeg -ice (optional) Blend all together in a shaker cup or blender and enjoy. Experiment with different amounts of pumpkin to maket the shake thicker.
