Family has been making me crazy and finances are tough and blah blah blah. No excuses for gaining weight as I get comfort in eating but that is not the way to go for any of this. I have to check into this site at least twice per day so that I do not bulk up. I am not worried about my little weight gain I just have to make sure to eat less, eat slower and just behave myself.
