I completely forgot today that I would be weighed for my insurance physical. But, they weigh you with clothes on, so I'm still not sure on my actual weight. They do deduct 3 lbs for clothes too, which would give me a really good number, but I'm going to wait until the end of the month to see where I'm truly at. I like this once a month weigh in, I feel like I have to be better because I don't know if I'm up or down.
I know I'm going to have a high carb day today. I had to just grab quick snacks and lunch and alreay had pretzels packed so I took them. And tonight we're having biscuts and gravy so we can use the sausage in our fridge. My son has baseball tonight and we have to get ready for our trip tomorrow, so that should help me not eat as much. Biscuits are a hard thing for me to resist, so we'll see if my willpower wins out tonight.
Today is my Friday because vacation is tomorrow. Yay!! I hope everyone has a great weekend!!
