mars2kids's Journal, 22 May 2013

Just a quick journal today. I have a training for work today for 6 hours, and it's going to be BORING. Not looking forward to that and I wasn't sure how to plan my food today, sometimes people go out to eat and sometimes we just do our own thing. I'm hoping we're doing our own thing so I can just run home and grab something quick rather than getting fast food. My stomach is not feeling well today either, and I honestly thought about calling in sick, but I have to do this training, so I'm going to hope it feels better during that.

I stayed right at 1400 cals yesterday, so I was glad for that, but wish I would have been under. It's a hard week because we are so crunched for time with dinner and it's been about 8 p.m. before we eat, so it's unfortunately not been very healthy. Last night was chili dogs and tonight wil probably be either leftovers or biscuits and gravy.

Well, I'm off to a boring day. I'm going to try to stay positive though, I'm learning something new and it's getting me out of the office. :) Have a great day!!

Yes, training can be boring! Hopefully they'll give you lots of breaks so you can get up and move around. Good luck with staying around the 1400 calorie mark today. Suggestion for dinner, why not try eggs? It's a quick meal, fried egg and ham sandwich with cheese. I had one last night. Start with a slice of plain toast, then add the cheese, fried ham, then fried egg and a couple of slices of tomato. And for the kids, do the chili dogs. Good luck!!

I'd like everything but the egg, I'm not a fried egg eater, but I could do scrambled, and I've been eating ham and eggs for breakfast all week :). I have such a hard time not eating what the family is eating, I think I still have issues feeling it's wasteful. Tonight thought I think we'll end up doing the leftovers, so I should be able to do something better for myself, thank goodness.
