Had my followup Dr appointment today. The polyp was not cancerous.
I walked on my lunch for the first time in years. It was blistering hot and I was in all black (with dress shoes) so I was miserable, but I did it. Tomorrow I will walk upstairs in our building instead. The hallway is one big circle with the elevator hall in the middle. Guess I need to pull out my I-pod again.
