Restarted my diet on Saturday after stepping on the scale after two months and realizing that I had gained back the 20lbs I had lost. I almost cried. I knew I had been gaining weight, but I was so busy with the end of the school semester and so depressed/over-anxious over family matters that I didn't want to know how much I weighed or go to the gym even though the fat that I was gaining was making my body look horribly disgusting. I'm going to (hopefully) get a gym membership with fiance, I'm taking those Green Coffee Extract supplements, watching (and having fiance keep me honest) with portion control, and when I cook fatty things for dinner, eating less of the fatty/carb-y things and more of the veggies... rice instead of potatoes... By July 18th-21st I want to be at my primary goal of 150 so I only have 10 lbs to lose between then and Sept 6th to make my wedding weight goal. Wish me luck :/
