Went over my carb allowance yesterday at my mom's birthday party. I made a big effort to eath good stuff. The problem was adding it all up and not reading the label on the tonic. That stuff is high in carbs. Sore from lifting weights. I am ready for the week.
155.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
