Totally gained weight. :( Not doing well with sticking to my goal and eating the extra carbs with nuts has been really hard. Totally overeating the nuts. I will do better
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
