After biking two hard parks saturday and sunday, I'm realizing my fitness levels are back to their optimal levels. I've also noticed that I'm just about back to pre-holidays leanness! Just gotta stay on it and keep plugging away. I still have the 6-pack goal in mind. I've never achieved one. I think it's about time...

It sure is great weather out hear to be outdoors! Gotta love cali! I'll be trail running and hitting the weights today after work. Tomorrow, I'll throw in another bikeride somewhere and hit the weights again. Then thursday, a day-off, I'll conquer some new trail I've been eyeballing in the southbay! Whoo-hoo!
