Finally broke the 150's woohoo!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1619 kcal Fat: 107.58g | Prot: 143.68g | Carb: 19.13g.   Breakfast: mozzarella 1oz, heavy whipping cream, jimmy dean turkey sausage, butter, fried eggs, espresso coffee. Lunch: hidden carb, diet coke, el pollo loco chicken breast, el pollo loco chicken thigh. Dinner: crystal light green tea peach mango, best foods mayo, cucumbers, angus beef pattie. Snacks/Other: eas french vanilla, almonds 7 almonds, laughing cow cheese, celery, whipped cream cheese, mim's. more...
