Up .4 lbs. to 241.5, but OK after a weekend. I ate less than I normally do, and tomorrow I head into my weekly two day fast, so looking for nice losses as the week goes on.
241.5 lb Lost so far: 83.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
