Goodmorning!

I TOTALLY lost control yesterday. :(

It's a good thing that it was Indulgence Day, but looking at the number I still did really poor. INCREDIBLY POOR.

I did great working at the gym, but coming home we decided on pizza, and some candy, and it all went to hell. Booo.

It didn't even taste all that good. Well, the pizza did, and I only had half a pizza, as I shared with Wife. We even opted for whole wheat bread.

But the candy really did me in. It woke up the carb monster as it hasn't done it in a LONG time.

I'm gonna simply have to lean on to that I have been low in calories for so long that there is no "real" damage done, other than the emotional scars and the gained weight I will have to whine about for a few days.

It's not that it's all THAT bad. I'm at 83.8 kilos, and my fat percentage is 9.8. Still under 10! LOL!

Now, to be fair, I did weigh in before I went to the rest room this morning. The numbers are NOT all representative, and they're higher than if I had done as I always do. That's allright. It'll motivate me to do good today, working my way through a Low Cal Day.

Actually, I have decided to go on a little mission. I hope I can pull through on it. What am I saying? Of course I can. :)

Friday, Wife and I are going to Paris. I really want to be light on my feet by then, so I have decided that I'll do a handful of Los Cal Days. I'm gonna aim for 600 calories, but I'm not gonna beat myself over the head if I don't make it, but I WILL try to go as low as I can. Just five days.

This will give me:
- Focus on my calories.
- Compensation for yesterday.
- Weight loss to push me to the "light on my feet"-feeling that kicks in around 81 kilos.
- Less bad conscious over not counting calories in Paris.

That's right. I'm not gonna count calories the four days we spend in Paris. I'm gonna simply try to do reasonably well, and enjoy the stay.

I think I can do it - and if I can't, then I know perfectly well how to fix it when I come home. No problem.

Right now, I am about to head out for my walk. I'm gonna go do my five kilometers before hitting the gym, and I'm counting on being back home around 9 AM, spend a few hours with Wife, and then go play with Burnin' Live.

We're gonna rehearse a few new songs, and it's gonna be SOOOO much fun. Can't wait!

you sound like me.. i had about 3000 calories after my lower calorie day and i lost weight, yet of course after pigging out on sushi the scales showed even more than a week ago. maybe its just the whole food weight in itself. who knows, who cares. tomorrow another week starts allover again. :)

I can truly say that I feel 100% in control. Unlike yesterday. I had NO trouble justifying the bad decisions, and I just kept going. I really hate when that happens. Still, there's nothing I can do about it, so the best option is to do good now. It's 10:47 AM, and I am still at zero calorie intake. Not hungry. I will have my 60 cal soup for lunch in a little while, then go play music. Chicken and veggie soup for dinner. I will not reach 600 calories today. Might not even reach 200. LOL. Then tomorrow, I'm gonna go all out and have 600. :)

I think we have to fall to remind us we will always have to pay attention. so, what did you do? buy a bucket of candy? I had a sweet tooth last night, had only 2 T of grape jelly and I feel like puke walking up. I'm gonna shoot that carb monster for you! aah Paris. yum. I went to le petit peance twice and had the BEST meal of my life! enjoy! your getting good at eyeing your portions. you'll do well in Paris.

LOL, Lizzy... the details... I shared a pizza with wife, had a (LARGE) bag of candies, I had ice creams and I had eclairs. I was wise enough to not have soda though. Gotta stay slim. ;)

well. that's my kind of pig oink oink out! except I'd trace the eclairs for cannoli with chocolate chips. well hope you aren't too sick today n
