I think going (ideal) protein all the way helps me to succeed. I have noticed a gain all the time going back to bread sugar and pasta.. , my weight constantly fluctuated.
On a path to go down again and restart my diet with protein all the way and so far in week one I'm down already 5 pounds. I eat mainly eggs, greek yoghurt, chicken, vegetables and do protein shakes and salads until my weight is almost at goal level.
Lets see how far down it goes...
Cant do the gym for now due to back injury/issues. Grr
