Nothing much to report. Had a lovely Greek dinner last night after only having eaten breakfast so my protein numbers were nuts yesterday. But yum! Grilled octopus and lamb shank for dinner were superb.

Today is the eighth anniversary of one of my World of Warcraft guilds so I will mostly sit around on the computer today. Tomorrow, volunteering up at the library. A totally geeky weekend.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
