I think the cold is finally subsiding... back to just allergies. We are having the worst pollen year in decades with more tree pollen combined with the grass and flower pollen because of the strange warmer weather bringing them all to blossom at once.
177.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
