Luckily, was able to remove the 1 1/2 pounds I gained over the birthday weekend. Whew! Glad it didn't take all week!
My current goal is to break 230 and get down into the 220's in the next week or two. I used to stall in the 240's, now it's the 230's. It's time to move on down to the next level!

Yes! I did! My cell phone is set to go off every 2 hours, while at work, to remind me to drink my water! =) It's annoying but it works. LOL

great idea setting the timer for water consumption. I have a time I set at my desk that goes off every 40 min... to remind me to just stand up and stretch or move...take a trip for a cup of coffee or something.. because my doctor said it is very bad for our backs to sit for more than that without moving to "lubricate" that spine. Just stand up and stretch a little is all it takes, you don't even have to leave your desk. Now, Im going to add ..drink water to mine every now and then when that timer goes off. Great idea!
