I'm feeling a little more positive today. I got my workout in this morning, so I'm happy for that. It was my first day of Turbo Fire, and it was a good workout, but I'm used to Insanity and those workouts are longer and a lot harder. But, this was only the first one, so I don't know what I'm in for with HIIT tomorrow, but I'm ready to kick some booty.

I stayed just under 1500 cals yesterday, woo hoo! My son had a baseball game, so late dinner and the kids wanted breakfast, probably not the healthiest option but it was good. I'm going to try my best to stay under 1500 again today and get all my water in. I've put in some of the food I brought to work and I'm already over what I thought I would be, so I don't know if I can add anything extra until dinner.

My daughter has a game tonight at 8 again, so we won't get home until 10. It will be another late night, ugh.

Glad you were able to get Turbo Fire started, I'm interested to see how the HIIT is! Ugh is right on those late nights. We had breakfast for supper last night too! LOL

Good job staying under 1500 calories yesterday and getting your workout in this morning! Hopefully the Turbo Fire will work different muscles and you'll see the results in a few weeks. Keep up the great work!!

I always wondered what do you after you finish one of those 'insanity' etc. workout programs? Do you have to step it up a notch or just be happy?...

Soulnoid, this is the 3rd time I've done Insanity and I've done P90X a couple of times, and then I did a hybrid of both together. I'm going to try to do a round of Turbo Fire, then maybe I'll take a break from it and do one of the other programs again or mix them up. It does get boring doing the same program over and over, but I like the workouts so I keep going back. As long as I take a little break and mix things up with different DVD's I don't get burnt out. Once you've gone through a program you can step it up then because you know the routine and you can keep up or try to do better than the trainer.
