'tis the back slider! that is me! omg...do not look at my food diary-PLEASE! i am so ashamed,but dog-gone it,i have lost ten pounds,and i think i needed that break to remind me of how bad i feel when i don't eat right. and it tasted AWESOME!

Oh my you were a bad girl! Nutty bars and pot roast. You think that's bad, look at mine for Friday night. I had dinner then went out for Mexican food. Talk about sick!
